Dolly Style still looking strong with ‘Hello Hi’ clinging onto the top spot for the third consecutive week, fighting off a strong ‘Really Don’t Care’ by Demi Lovato & Cher Lloyd, having to settle for silver.
This all happened in a week which saw One Direction losing one of its members, an awful plane crash in the French Alps and me doing 9 workouts in a week, which I call an achievement, as I haven’t worked out this hard since 2012!!
I also feel a bit proud having correctly predicted that ‘Hold My Hand’ by Jess Glynne would be a future hit, as it debuted at Number 1 in the UK charts, though it only is good enough for the 4th place in my charts this week. Sorry Jess! Glee does demonstrate its strengths having two songs in the Top 5, with ‘I Lived’ & ‘Popular’ being ranked 3 and 5 respectively.
World known Country star Garth Brooks is the only new entrant this week with ‘The River’ sneaking in at number 6, which compared to most of the songs at the moment is a rather quiet but yet beautiful composed country-pop ballad.
